A3Z gives athletes a place to develop their skills, build confidence, and grow as teammates. Our coaching centers on Ambition, Attitude, and Accountability, with encouragement, purposeful training, and clear expectations.
Practice & Season Schedule
Base season: Shortly after November tryouts through the last tournament in May, with a final tournament option available.
Practices: Tuesdays and Thursdays, 7–9 p.m.
Location: Inspire Courts — 1090 N. Fiesta Blvd., Gilbert, AZ 85233
Holiday breaks and schedule adjustments will be communicated to families.
We’re also exploring an additional Friday evening or Saturday morning strength and conditioning session focused on endurance, strength, agility, and volleyball movement. This opportunity remains tentative; scheduling and any additional cost will be announced before participation.
Tournament Schedule
Our 14U team will compete in the Arizona Region USA Volleyball Club division, with select AAU tournaments added to the season, to be determined.
Athlete Mentorship with Kamden Mitchell
We’re excited to bring A3Z athletes mentorship meetings with Kamden Mitchell of the Oregon Ducks volleyball team, focused on personal growth and building a strong mental game.
These conversations will give players opportunities to ask questions and explore confidence, handling pressure, responding to mistakes, supporting teammates, and balancing volleyball with school and everyday life.
Our goal is to meet monthly, with dates coordinated around Kamden’s availability and team commitments.
season Tuition: $2,800 per Athlete
November–May tuition includes:
• Two coached practices per week, two hours per practice
• Court rental and coaching for scheduled practices and tournaments
• Arizona Region USA Volleyball Club division tournament entries
• Select AAU tournament entries
• A player uniform package containing two practice shirts, two uniform shirts, two pairs of spandex, a warm-up hoodie, warm-up pants, and a team backpack
Payment Schedule
The $800 commitment deposit is due upon accepting a team position at or after tryouts and is applied toward the $2,800 season tuition.

Optional June Extension: $500
Athletes who choose to continue through late June may participate in an optional extension that includes scheduled June practices, court rental, coaching, and entry into the June 24–27, 2027 Volleyball Festival tournament.
Payment is due May 1, 2027.
The extension depends on sufficient player commitments and confirmed tournament registration. Families will receive confirmation before payment is collected.
Total season tuition with the June extension: $3,300.
Expenses Not Included
USA Volleyball and AAU athlete memberships, family travel, lodging, spectator admission, and personal equipment such as shoes and knee pads are separate from tuition.
